Denis Howard's Monthly Student Blog

1st january 2010

Hi all.

It has been a while since you heard from me but I have been really busy, It has been manic with work and study. But I can say that during the last exams I passed the three exams that I did with Principals of Flight proving to be the most difficult to me but my colleagues and I did agree that the exam was a fair one. So needless to say I'm glad that one is over. The other 2 were Flight Planning which is one module that I did enjoy and Mass and Balance. With the average now at 85% I'm happy.

Well looking to the future and only 2 exams left and it has been hard over the Christmas period to study but i suppose you have to make some sacrifices in order to get anywhere in this process. I'd like to say a special word of thanks to the Atlantic team for giving me the flexibility of studying and working around my job. Thanks Tom for going over stuff with me that he did when i wasn't there!

My flying has been non-existent really only a few hours to get a break from the books but I would much rather have all the exams out of the way, I may have emphasised this before but as I keep trying to tell myself to keep to the plan!! And all the flying will be done after!!

Anyway don't forget to contact the school at their email address for the attention of myself and I will try and get back to you as soon as I can. Enjoy and I would give anyone the advise if your thinking of starting this training just go for it and don't think of the "what Anyway don't forget to contact the school at their email address for the attention of myself and I will try and get back to you as soon as I can. Enjoy and I would give anyone the advise if your thinking of starting this training just go for it and don't think of the "what ifs" that so many go on about...... I don't think that you would regret it, I know i didn't !!!!

Till next month
